We are excited to announce a new milestone for our Club that will build upon our foundation of respected leadership, game-defining methodologies, and committed, passionate players. Our journey has cultivated a collective player-centric mentality that always puts our dedicated athletes first. With great pleasure, we announce that our Club, formerly known as Barca Academy Columbus, will continue to serve our athletes as Columbus Force Soccer Club beginning in the Fall of 2024!

Our existing team of dedicated Directors remains intact and unchanged. TOCA Columbus, Liberty Park, and our various other locations will continue to be ‘Home’ for years to come. By joining FORCES with Cleveland Force and their network clubs, we will provide our players, staff, and community with additional resources and opportunities previously unavailable, including: 

• An illustrated and written curriculum with a common language for all staff to use
• Coach development to enhance leadership skills, coaching, and player development 
• A “capstone” program in USL 2, USL W, and USL Academy for the highest aspiring players
• Added individual player developmental opportunities through youth team guest playing, international tours, and professional club camps
• Additional operational and technical staff to maximize player and family experience 

The focus on clear pathways for player development and club growth through our connection with the Cleveland Force Club teams and USL pre-pro pathways represents our leadership's passion and dedication to advancing soccer in Ohio. With a shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and inclusivity, we are confident this collaboration will help shape the future of soccer in our city for years to come. 

Columbus Force will offer tailored training programs encompassing soccer skills, strength and conditioning, and a holistic experience guided by a gender-specific staff. The male and female athlete empowerment ethos underscores every aspect of our operations, and Cleveland Force will support us in expanding those visions for both genders. And, of course, the Club will remain a proud member of the Columbus Crew Network. 

Columbus Force will live and breathe our mission and mantra C.H.I.R.P. (Commitment, Humility, Integrity, Respect, Passion) at all levels. We cannot wait to get started this Fall!
