WEEKLY TRAINING FOR 6 WEEK SESSIONS  l  60 MINUTE CLASSES


Our Juniors Academy program focuses on the foundation stage of youth soccer development. This program is designed and modified for athletes ages 5 - 8 who are just entering the sport and/or participating at a recreational level. Juniors Academy is an excellent resource in developing the necessary skills for enjoyment and success in the sport of soccer.


Our experienced staff will work to build a solid athletic foundation and a strong technical base!


AREAS OF FOCUS:

  • Technical - ball manipulation, dribbling, shooting, passing, receiving
  • Physical - mobility, coordination, balance
  • Mental - decision making, spatial recognition, creativity
  • Tactical - cooperative learning, teamwork
